I made the initial mistake in ordering the wrong kind of glasses. You didn't argue with me on who made the mistake but rather allowed me to exchange them. You mistakenly sent me the wrong glasses but quickly sent me the correct pair via Fed Ex and sent me an email to assure that I was happy with my purchase.
I can tell you that I am pleased with my glasses and will recommend your glasses and your company in the future.
